The First Four
Built as an idea, the four original Carbon Rose prototypes stand to innovate. Rosie, Henry, Cupid, and our last unnamed friend relish on the benefits of carbon fiber not only in looks; the lightweight yet strong material allows a complete redistribution of weight. Say goodbye to the overweight, overused instruments that struggle to define themselves among counterparts. The resin used is not only a backbone for electronics, hardware, and well, roses, it’s true purpose is to shift the weight of the instrument to where you want it.
So why make four? Sure, a single prototype could showcase the sound, style, and quality that Carbon Rose desires to provide. Where’s the fun in that? Why not stretch the bounds of what is percieved as the “norm” with options and ideas that give you a unique, trustworthy electric guitar that will look the part. Each of our prototypes are complete with their own electronics, carbon, resin color, and neck design that stress what can really be done in a suburban garage.
Scheduling garage space when vehicles were gone was difficult enough, yet that space was used to manufacture, finish, problem solve, and refinish every detail of our instruments. The imperfections, while plentiful, are a reminder of what to strive for as a young company. Bringing the guitar you want to your stage.
Far from the last four we will design and create, we invite you to glance at the work that has brought us to today.
