White Cerakote 7-String Alder CNRG #00001
Serial Number: #00001, our first prototype and a 7-string at that, is our first offering of a Alder wood model body. The finish shown is a layered Cerakote finish with a full white coating. This will be our only white cerakote option as you can already see the stain residue. The 7-string model was a proof of concept for all your metalhead needs. Featuring an unfinished maple neck and our only 7-string heel, this instrument is truly one of a kind. That is until we make the 3D printed version. The wiring of this guitar is almost setup like you’d expect, the knobs turn the correct direction and we’ve done away with the cutoff as this is wired correctly.
How does it work?
The CNRG modular guitar has four components: a body, modular heel, carbon fiber plate, and the neck. Guitar necks can be interchanged with the four included quarter turn fasteners, or removed for travel. Plates housing different electronics or instrument setups can be removed through the back of the instrument. Once removed, access to the modular heel is open so the player can accommodate the guitar type. All bolts are 5/16 in., once assembled, the player can string the instrument like any other electric guitar.
Please note that the guitar shown is a prototype to test new concepts, constraints, and fine tune how the instrument is manufactured and assembled. This product is not a final design or production model and has the defects to show for it. We are fine tuning the manufacturing process for better results and efficiencies. Do note that the guitar is functional as an electric guitar and while the modular aspects are in working order, it is not guaranteed that they will be interchangeable with future options. Your support for this product will be directed towards new equipment, materials, and resources to allow the Carbon Rose brand to grow and perfect our product offerings.
